Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Italy TV (the “App”), published by Radagon Studio LLC (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the App, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

What the App is

Italy TV is a free directory of free, publicly-available live-TV channels. It does not host, stream, store, or play any audio or video. When you tap a channel, the App opens that channel's own official app or website; from that point you are using a third-party service, not the App.

Third-party services and links

The channels listed are operated by independent broadcasters and platforms that we do not own or control. We cannot guarantee that any link works, is current, is available in your location, or that a third-party service's content is accurate, lawful, or suitable. Links do not imply that we are affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any broadcaster, and each third-party service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

Provided “as is”

The App and its channel listings are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that listings will be complete, accurate, or up to date.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radagon Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the App or of any third-party service you reach through it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Acceptable use

The App is for your personal, non-commercial use. Please do not misuse it — for example, by attempting to interfere with its operation, reverse-engineer it except where the law allows, or use it to break the law or any third-party service's terms.

Intellectual property

The App, its design, and its original content are owned by Radagon Studio LLC. Channel names, logos, and content are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the channels in the directory; their inclusion does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

Changes and availability

We may update the App and these terms from time to time, and we may change or discontinue the App, or any channel listing, at any time. If we make material changes to these terms we will update the date above; continuing to use the App means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
