Italy TV is a directory. It does not host, stream, store, cache, or rebroadcast any audio or video. Every channel links to that broadcaster's own official, publicly-available source, and tapping a channel opens that source directly. Channel names, logos, and content belong to their respective owners.

Our role

The App only provides links to official sources. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, availability, or licensing of those third-party services.

Reporting a concern

If you are a rights holder (or their agent) and believe a link in the App points to infringing material, or you want a link to your property corrected or removed, contact us and we will review it promptly and act in good faith.

What to include

Please provide:

• identification of the copyrighted work;
• the specific channel and link in the App;
• your contact information;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf; and
• your physical or electronic signature.
